It's very important for the title company to work closely with the lender because the home buyer cannot be approved for their loan without the title work and proper, timely disclosures that we receive from them. Advantage Title responds to my requests immediately & in a friendly, positive manner. Tayler has personally helped me close a home in 2 weeks which helped the buyer win the home in a bidding war against cash buyers!   Advantage title does a wonderful job on closings!! Thomas Tackel has all of his ducks in a row making sure his team stays on top of everything. Very polite, unbiased, diligent, quality communication/response time, and over makes closing there a breeze. I do not hesitate to recommend giving them a the thumbs up to close the deal.
