  Advancial is a great financial institution, they helped me to create credit and I still receiving benefits for using its products like credit card.

  Out of all the Advancial I’ve been too I really don’t like this one at all I came to get a check made and went to the door for the office it was locked which I realized was because of COVID so I looked at the Security guard but she didn’t look up so I went back into your car and called the place so I could see if I could come in do to the sigh that said only one person is aloud in. the operator said that there was high volume calls but when I looked into the bank I could not see a single person on the phone they where just walking around doing nothing. I’m Very upset none of these banks are close to where I live and I sat on the phone for 30mins waiting. I will not come back to this location again I’ll go to the other locations. 0 stars

  Advancial is great to do business with. They are responsive, courteous and fair. Their interest rates are the best I've found.

  Have been banking there for 12+ years. Great rates are always available on CDs. Friendly staff... Great place for a car loan. Must be a member or a relative of one of several organizations, to open an account. Say "hi" to the security guard at the door (He's a good guy...) and have a cup of coffee!

  Initially I had a good experience with this institution. What really turned me off with doing business with them is that they had made mistakes with where transfers and payments were coming to and from and because of their mistakes they revoked my ability to make any automated payments with them. This is extremely frustrating and time consuming to have to call in or visit a branch every time I have to make a payment. I will refuse to make any recommendations to them from now on.

  This credit Union offers great personalized service. It is small, so everyone tends to know everyone. Everyone is very friendly.
