  I live in Pulaski Tennessee and wasn't sure how these loans worked. When I went in, I spoke with the friendliest, most helpful person ever, a woman named Beth. She answered all my questions patiently and completely and made sure I understood everything. Great staff, fast service and a luminescent smile made all the difference to me and I'll be a customer for life!

  This is by far the BEST location this company has!!! The girls who work here are the best in the business!!!!!!! Not only do they know their jobs but they ain't afraid to help anyone who needs it. Need directions? These girls got you!! Got questions about your loan? These girls got you!!! I have personally witnessed them being verbally abused by people too stupid to come in out of a hailstorm and these girls never lose their cool!! I don't know how they do it! They are always smiling and seem to live by those silly "Happy to Help" signs they wave! If there was a way to give more than 5 stars I sure would! All the girls at this location need to train the other stores on customer service because these girls sure do know how to deliver! I sure do hope these girls are treated well because they definitely are the best this company has to offer!

  The employees here are always so kind and friendly, especially Beth. She always has a smile on her face as soon as you walk in the door and is ready to help you as much as she can. I would definitely recommend this Advance Financial to friends.

  Went in to apply for a loan and was helped by Beth. She really helped me get everything set up and ready to make it as easy on me as possible. She really talked me through the loan process and answered all my questions. She put me at ease and made me real glad I came in today.

  Anytime I go in there Beth always has a smile on her face and is eager to help with anything. She's always so sweet and works as hard as she can to get things done. She is my favorite person to speak to when I go in.

  The customer service is AMAZING! Extremely friendly. Dalton and Meagan are two of my favorite staff workers. Not to mention how fast they are. I definitely enjoy going to this place.

  I have been to advance financial for their awesomely free money orders 2 times—which is a great service! but the best service is from the staff -they are so very nice and professional -falling over themselves to meet your needs -it is amazing to see such great people doing their job with such enthusiasm and courtesy— really impressive -and thanks so much for the free service of money orders!!
