  Everytime I come into this location they have someone new working and this girl seems to be struggling to do anything. I was at the counter for 15 minutes she never said a word and was on her phone! She walked off from the counter as well and never once said anything. Very disappointed

  I would like to give a world of praise to Mrs Brenda Tucker. She was very caring and helpful with the entire process. She was byfar the sweetest and most amazing loan officer I have ever had the privilege of working with. If you ever need someone to help with your financial needs that can also brighten your day she is definitely the best. Even if you are like me and are staring at a stop sign waiting for it to turn green 😁

  We went to Manchester store because we kept receiving offers for a flex line of credit loan. The TULLAHOMA store didn’t seam to want to help anyone… The Manchester Store was very curtious, polite, and helped US to do the application… We got the flex line of credit successfully… Thank you to Lee the Manager for helping us…

  I have been receiving mail from one of their customers at my home. I went down there and explained to Lee I just moved here and asked him to take my address off the mailing list but instead of helping me Lee says with a cocky smile and attitude in his tone “I would love to help you as soon as you bring Katrina in and have her stand beside you” I don’t know who this person is. I’m not tracking down people who owe you money. Nor will I be harassed by your debt collectors. I was in a joint lawsuit for a debt collector harrassing me looking for my brother in the past and I got paid in the end. So if I receive another letter in the mail I will go speak to a lawyer. And also these other reviews look made up there’s no way a loan shark company with a cocky boy behind the counter gets 5 star ratings all the way down.
