  I came into the store for a loan and was greeted by Carol on 2/24/21. She was very nice and helpful. I was having problems with getting a code from my bank and was unable to complete the app. I can back on the 25th and Carol was there again. She was able to help me navigate my phone getting the code . I was approved with the her help. She is a very pleasant person . I will always go to her if she's in the store.

  advance financial is an awesome place for so many reasons from check cashing to free money orders. specifically my favorite quality of advance financial is the employees. Brittany, an employee, was so nice and helpful to me today. She gave my daughter and i specific lollipops that I asked for and was happy to do so. Employees make up a company and is what helps it thrive. well, Brittany is a prime example of being the best kind of person/employee. With Brittany on advance financials team, they are sure to thrive and succeed. thank you advance financial and Brittany!

  I cannot say in almost 60 years I have ever encountered the level of dastardly tactics I did with Advanced financial 24/7. Honestly, I don't see how their employees can work there knowing full well the hardships and agony they bestow upon the poor,ignorant and innocent people of their city and surrounding area. The employees, even as nice as they were, and they were nice cannot overshadow the backsliding schemes this company perpetrates on it's victims aka customers. Lets give you the facts, I receive a letter/advertisment from this company, "Pre Approved for a $4,000 loan!". I live 85 miles from their nearest location in another state. I call and I am directed to their website. I gave them more personal information than anybody in my entire life. They got all of it but I wanted to see what they were about. Two hours total time I am offered a modified version of their mail out ad. They offer me a loan $1483. Instead of the $4,000 promised. OK I drive the 170 mile round trip because they refuse to discuss the payment arrangements over the phone. Here is where it got good, I am told my first payment will be in a couple weeks for the amount of approximately $67. Then the next month and going forward it will be $396. N change.. I ask, because I had already read some horror stories online by their victims who did not ask and signed their lives away, How much of the $396. Goes to principal? Answer? 3%! In other words $11. To the loan balance, $385. In their pockets! No need for me to keep typing, I think you see this scheme. A $1400. Loan with them will eventually cost you $30,000 to pay back. It is the most inhumane,immoral,predatory practice I have ever witnessed. In my opinion, this company needs investigation at the state(s) and federal level. I will be on a mission calling the appropriate agencies tomorrow morning. I have contracted for loans with high interest. I am not against the practice of high risk means higher interest. I am against loan sharks. If I had went to a title pawn, which ive done and have proof, I could have secured this same amount, made almost the same payments monthly and paid the $1400. Off in 6 months. I recently borrowed $850. On my car title, payments are 6 @ $203 a month. (I am 4 from pay off) Here is a comparison; Lets say I borrowed $1700. On my car title and ask for a six month pay off. That would be 6 payments at $406. Each with loan paid off in 6 months. At Advance 24/7 my loan offer of $1483. after 6 months of their 396.(Only $10. Less than car title) A month payments the way they scheme I would still owe them $1411. !! Whats wrong with this picture Advance 24/7? Please give me your infinite wisdom as to how you justify a act like this? Please don't say, "It's just part of the business world!" Either.

  Lee, so sorry about your experience with us. We apologize if it wasn't clear on the letter you received that the offer was up to $4,000. Also, our loans are meant to be used as a short-term fix for financial emergencies. We always suggest people pay back more than the minimum amount due to be able to pay off their loan quicker.   I was having issues getting bank to verify; Lachanda was very patient, and went above and beyond to assist us in getting out loan. Honestly can't recall receiving better customer service anywhere.
