  I came in to advanced financial hoping to get a flex loan to help out this time of year and Jennifer worked with me she was absolutely wonderful! Pleasant helpful and happy! It went so smoothly and she made it happen so quickly! She went over every step with me and explained it perfectly I couldn't have been happier with her service!

  March 16th 2021 I went to Advanced financial to get a money order and I also paid my kub bill. Robert was very kind and attentive to everyone he helped all of us in a timely fashion . And made my experience very pleasant.

  Overwhelmed with excellent customer service! My fiancé and I were dealing with some unexpected expenses so close to the holiday season and was very suspicious about doing a loan. After doing extensive research on fast loans we decided to use advance financial services. We came in and Robert made the experience so easy. He was very knowledgeable about the loan process and helped us through it from beginning to the end. I highly recommend this store and Robert!   Jennifer is AMAZING at her job!! I had come in once today and forgotten an item that I needed for my advance. When I came back, she was now by herself and INCREDIBLY busy. She had 3 or 4 guests in here before I came in, and couple that came in after me that were able to be helped on a separate computer, as their transaction had not already been started on the main one she was using. She was very diligently taking care of more than one person at a time, and very apologetic to everyone concerning their wait time. Everyone was taken care of in the most timely manner possible and left happy and satisfied with their results!

  I am always warmly welcomed by the extraordinary staff. I pay all my bills at this convenient location and Hannah went above the all of duty to assist me with finding my account number from last time. I regretfully forgot my information at home but that was no issue for good ole Hannah!!!
