  I had a great experience! Stephanie helped me with my payday loan and she was very informative, friendly, and she also spoke Spanish which was a PLUS for me. Stephanie made the process very easy and fast. I recommend her %100!!!!!!

  Ttaira was very helpful. Sensitive to shared situation. Profesional as she verified account information with bank. Today 10/31. I received a call from Josh promoting new promotions. Again very professional informative. This site 361 Reservoir ave is the most professional and courteous of all the pay day loan type establishments. Great job folks

  Spoke on the phone with Tina she was very proffesional and helpfull, and when i got to the store Elena took care of me ans she was an amazing help for my needs, great customer service and cery friendly

  On October 14th around 2:30 PM I called Advance America to inquire about the hours for Indigenous People's Day. The man who answered the call laughed and asked if I was one of the " Indians in question" that " we" were supposed to be celebrating and said that they wouldn't lend money to "those types of people" here at Advance America anyway and that the only people who celebrate " Indians" is other Indians or blacks. As a black woman, I was extremely disappointed and insulted and hope that this particular employee is not reflective of this institution in general. I will be calling higher ups immediately and telling all the people I know who considered Advance America, regardless of their RACE, about what transpired today.

  Associates are awesome. Only downside is on the "busy" days there needs to better line control so the arguments and confusion of who is next subside a bit.
