  First payday loan I’ve needed to ask for. Fast and professional. Deb was very polite and courteous throughout my experience. Definitely will return here over any other local payday loan place. Definitely recommend to anyone needing cash in a jam.

  I love Deb and Tammy!!!! They are always professional and very nice, even on their bad days. They remembered me even though I haven't been here for a while. And they always make me feel comfortable. It's more like going the the bank than a Payday loan place.

  Deb is AMAZING! Hands down. Somehow my payday got changed in the system. My loan should have been due today, but the system tried taking it yesterday. My loan went to collections. Collections wouldn't even take my payment. Frustrated I called Deb, knowing that she would at the very least try to help me. 9 minutes. And she not only took my payment, but also corrected the issue in the system. You're a Rockstar Deb. Thank you.

  Deb was super pleasant! I was really nervous about getting a loan, since it was my first time, but she helped me out a lot! I can't get over how nice she was, made my day a whole lot better!!!

  Deb , Mikki and their district supervisor Becky are absolutely awesome!!!! Advance America ONLINE took almost $800.00 out of my checking account. The online service Was NOT ENTITLED to remove the money. Deb and her team worked diligently to straighten out the mess. I would take a loan from the Cody office of Advance America any day. PLEASE BEWARE OF EVEN LOOKING AT THE ONLINE SITE. I don’t trust them. BUT AGAIN THE CODY OFFICE OF ADVANCE AMERICA IS TOTALLY ETHICAL AND WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH.

  I have always received happy, helpful, and courteous customer service from Tammy and Deb. They are great ladies who are more than willing to help me in any situation I find myself in. Wether it’s needing a loan, needing a couple extra days to pay off, or working out a payment plan. Been with them for many years and not planning on going anywhere else!

  I couldn’t be more happier with advance America great service I really enjoy going in to the store Tammy and deb are the best. If Ian having a bad day and going into the store they are always in a great mood.

  They agreed to let us make payments to them for our advance. After we made 2 $100 payments they cashed our check anyway, without letting us know. What they did was illegal because they had already accepted money from us. We were saving the money in our account so that we could get our house set up, now we can not because the money is no longer there since they cashed our check. We will NEVER go there again. I will let everyone I know know about what they did and there illegal policies.
