  The good folks at Advance America helped me get through a tough financial spot. They make getting an advance very easy, they are always friendly, call to remind you when your payment is coming up and are professional. All that was needed was a current pay stub and a bank account record and I was able to get the help I needed. Nothing shady or underhanded about this operation. I highly recommend this organization and will use them again if need be.

  I've used them multiple times over the past 3 or so years. Sarah has always been awesome and she always makes sure I get my payment reminder calls.

  One woman is very sweet, one is clearly new and one is flat out SNOTTY. She decided to make assumptions and tell me that jumping around between loan places is why my limit wasn't very high and insisted that I MUST have an open loan somewhere else. I told her that I didn't use any other loan places but maybe it had something to do with other changes to my paperwork such as income or credit. "Well just so you know you cant come here and go to rapid cash and go to other places because that all gets reported and each one counts towards your 8 PER YEAR; not 8 here ANNND 8 everywhere else you go.". I will NEVER go back here after being treated that way, and I've used them several times in the past, but thanks to her I'll explore my other options....

  No one wants to have to take out a loan , but the entire staff here make it easy. They are always friendly , engaging and super quick. I never have to wait and they always greet me with a smile. They also don’t make me feel bad or judged about loaning and I like that very much. If you need to loan , I highly recommend this location.

  This loan company is probably the best one out there as far as policy, amount and flexibility but I have to say it's the people that make this company beyond 5 stars and If I could do more than 5 I would in a heartbeat. They are friendly, down to earth people who care about the people they serve and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Even when I have personally been a nuisance and other times when I have fallen behind they were always there to help figure something out and get me back on track with a smile, a joke and a genuine heart. We love the company and the people in it and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

  This place is unprofessional! I walked in today the first thing the lady said was let me guess your here for a “loan”? Not welcoming at all what so ever. White Caucasian brunette short hair. Very disrespectful and rude no manners. I called over over the phone I spoke to the staff there because I get paid online so I screen shot and got print outs of my bank statement and my pay stubs and brought it in to find out that that didn’t work. Even when they told me that’s fine! I drove so far just to find out that they couldn’t do anything. This place is horrible the the staff I spoke to should be fired from there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one encountering her actions I would rate this place a Zero

  I never took out a payday loan before because I heard about a payday loan trap or whatever. When I needed money, I pawned my life away instead. Dragging heavy things for people to degrade and inspect. Sometimes for far less than what I needed. You know, the pawn stars "Thats all we can do." Walked in here and it was extremely quick. The staff was super friendly and willing to help by telling what I needed to bring in or prove by phone. I was in and out in 20 minutes the first time and got my loan. The second time... Out in 10 with way more cash because I kept on schedule. I wish I wouldn't have listened to those stories but maybe those people never been to one like this.
