  I've been going to Advance America in Vero for a few years now and still can't believe how great they are. Not only are they super professional, but they are kind and always keeping their clients happy and laughing and feeling like they are "home.". Definitely refer them to everyone I know and will never stop. Thanks Advance America!

  The ladies here at this store are awesome. Every time i come in there its always a delight these very nice ladies love to see me when i come in because i always make them laugh.

  There was only one person that was worth anything at this branch, once she relocated I went through a great deal of complications due to this place. I have a very tight schedule and a lot that goes on in my daily life. I went through some financial issue after Irma which caused issues with paying on my loan. Before the woman I usually spoke to left, she would call me before payments were due to remind me and we would make an agreement and she'd work with me even if it was over the phone. After she left, I spoke with another branch employee whom I made an agreement with over the phone as well. Next thing I know pay day comes around I go to pay my rent and my account was drained. Then something simple turned into a 3- week ordeal. Towards the end I was told one thing about my account then told the opposite by someone else. Phone calls would constantly be blown off during the situation and never returned when promised. Completely done with this company because of all of the aggravation the put me through.

  I have visited this store multiple times. They are always helpful and courteous. Anytime I hit a rough patch I immediately reach out and they are super accommodating.

  I always enjoy going in to this location by Papa Johns because they are always so nice and friendly. I always receive my notifications when I need to pay which helps, and the ladies in there are always just so awesome!
