  ATTN: LISA PERDUE....I wanna complain about ur location......naah just kidding I have never done a payday advance so I can't speak about the business end if I chose good lol....but Amber and Angie was both awesome and took time to answer all my questions and explain all about the way stuff worked with you guys.....the was both extremely professional and very nice if they reflect your management then your awesome too lol.....hope these kinda loans help me out if so then you gotta a long-term customer....would recommend your location to anyone....

  My experience with this location (East Ridge, next to Food Lion) was literally the worst I’ve had in a LONG time with ANY business. I walked in & the lady working there, I believe her name was Lesa, was the most unprofessional employee I’ve ever came in contact with. I walked in and she had headphones in, I’m assuming she was on the phone. Didn’t greet me when I walked in. Just continued her conversation on her phone. She rushed me once she was off the phone. Not helpful at all. She was not knowledgeable of the business. Just an all around TERRIBLE experience. I do not recommend them, ever!

  Teresa and Amber Were so helpful this place has such a kind and caring Atmosphere. out of all the loan agencies I’ve gone to this place has by far been the best experience they work with you when you are in need and are willing to do whatever is necessary to make sure you are taken care of I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering getting any type of loan or financial assistance!

  Yes this morning I step inside of the advance America cash advance, Angie and the lovely ladies here helped me with each and every need , I really appreciate and adore these woman , they remind me of my mother .. Anyone that comes in should give these woman A 5 star every time.. Thanks Angie

  I needed money for a loan and the staff was very accommodating. They are all very friendly and eager to help. They answer all your questions and are flexible when they can be. I hate having to borrow money but I know it happens. When it does, I would highly recommend this place.
