  After many hours tracking down the correct the lien holder I was given an address from the corporate office and on 04/14/2022 I arrived at 3267 Maple ave in Zanesville, Ohio. Upon arrival the establishment verified themselves to be the sought party and concluded I had lawful business to conduct with them. My business with them involves a lien on a vehicle which was nearly paid up when a change within their company led to the debtor being told she had to resign a contract in which she did. When customers are told they "have" to do something it changes the dynamics of the situation. After verifying the account I informed the establishment of damages of which they are responsible for, the BMV website identifies them, AND ONLY THEM, as a responsible party for the vehicle. The beginning of the encounter went wonderful, the acting manager Joe C. even approved me to send an invoice to corporate for an outstanding bill involving a vehicle in which they are identified by the BMV as a responsible party. Shortly after being told to send the invoice to corporate, essentially approving the expense, I was instructed to contact a company in which Advanced America has been known to do business with: this company was not identified in any way through BMV records to be a party of interest, had no involvement with the contract, and/or any other legal ties to the verified business in which I was their to conduct. Having been given the address by corporate themselves I sensed the "run around" and finally got the manager to agree to contacting his supervisor in effort to clarify which address the invoice is to be sent; and/or discuss what it would take to lift the lien. After agreeing to making contact with corporate, he then refused to make good on reaching out to his supervisor to resolve the issue or clarify a billing address. He was adamant upon calling AFTER i left instead of resolving the issue i brought to him with me present. I offered to wait quietly until the call could be made and in return law enforcement was called. I had 5 officers show up, threaten me with arrest if i did not disclose my information to them, escort me off the premises when i was merely waiting to conclude the legal, lawful, and verified business in which I was there to conduct. I was told if a party breaches contract they either:1) repossess the vehicle, or 2) continue trying to collect payment. I was then told they would not be repossessing the vehicle AFTER they refused payment offered. Instead of assisting me, as the customer, with resolving the business in which they verified was to be with them, they instead had me placed on a trespass list and refused to provide any corporate or supervisor information. The establishment is most definitely NOT for the customer and is not afraid to breach contract; sell your information; or strong arm any citizen of whom unknowingly conducts business with them. Thankfully for me the interaction was documented by way of video per them and audio per me however a FOIA request would not compel them to release their evidence of this encounter which leave interested persons only with audio of the events just relayed. NO STARS on their review for their service provided and after having me forcefully removed for merely waiting until Joe C. was able to contact his boss to resolve the issue I will be seeking further action given the discriminatory actions taken against me, the comments regarding what they were NOT going to do, and the trauma in which a law abiding citizen is threatened with arrest for attempting to conclude their VERIFIED business and clarify answers. 04/14/2022 between 1:20 PM and 1:34 PM ZPD was dispatched to 3267 Maple Ave Zanesville, Ohio 43701 for what was described as a "disturbance". Disturbance, by their definition, includes any customer who waits quietly to resolve an issue requiring of a supervising manager; this extended to clarification of answers which had previously been provided.

  Was approved for an $800 installment loan but only needed $350 to get me through to payday. I wasn’t pressured into taking the max. Bradee was kind and helpful. He explained everything well. If I ever get in a bind again, I’ll gladly reach out to Advance America, Zanesville branch
