  The customer service representative Sheila was very friendly and as polite as could be. Sheila was very helpful in explaining all the services they offered. She has helped me in a big way. .I was in and out within 25 min.

  Used Advance America a few years ago for an installment loan. They were very helpful. Paid off the loan in good standing. Reapplied for an installment loan. Couldn't upload my documents but took my documents to the ladies in to the storefront. Was approved and received money the same day. The ladies at the storefront location were very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

  I called and she directed me with a positive attitude and when I got here to her in person she was even nicer. She helped me the best of her knowledge. I have to give ms. Tina 5 stars!
