  20/10 Emily was a great help in every fashion, even when I didn’t have an acceptable bank she recommended the best & got me cleared in the same day. I thought I wouldn’t be able to receive my money that day but she made sure that I did!

  I have been using the North Lewis store for YEARS! They have always been kind, caring, and professional towards me . If I had a problem with my payment they'd work with me . These ladies are awesome! I recommend I'd you need a loan this is the best place to get it from .

  I don't really know how there is 4 stars here. I was thinking they were cajoled into giving a love it review. Everyone that I know that lives on that side of town say they usually go to another loan store besides the Advance America due to the manager there. They often say the female manager named Karina may play favoritism to some and not the other in the same situation. Others say she may make it hard for you due to credit. But during Covid-19 isn't everyone's credit not up to level?? Well, coversation rules the nation. But I hope Advance America knows not all there management leads are good for their business. Infact, some can chase customers away and create a large chunk of financial return loss for it's company. I know this Advance America is the only one open in our city. I have to double check. But hope the things get better. Why my review score is 1star is how this manager put me down due to my disability paycheck and how I may not be able to afford it. She also actually laughed at me going out the store after I asked here a few generals loan questions. This lady has a serious problem. I think managing this store had gotten to her head. I hope someone can catch in the act. I just had to get away from that store. I didn't care to make any rukus either. I just left intact with my dignity. Got a loan else where. So glad I shared my experience.
