  Ms.Tracey deserves plenty of raises!!! She is a very professional, well mannered ,kind, and caring women to her clients. She is a prime example of what customer service should be like everywhere in this world. Unprofessional is not a good description of her when it comes down to it. Thanks Ms.Tracey!!!   Tracy was welcoming, with a friendly smile, and also very courteous and professional. I was treated as a respected valued customer. I was very happy that it didn't take long to complete my Loan because of the marvelous paperless transactions which I loved and Tracy's knowledge and expertise.
