  Norma Nunes was awesome. Anyone that comes in here I recommend dealing with Norma. She was quick very thorough. She did everything she could to help me. She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable.m or judged. Sometimes when your coming in for a loan it can be a little embarrassing. But the experience I had here was second to none. Norma was kind and very professional. -Johnnie

  I love coming here when I need that extra cash. They are so helpful and always in a great mood. They help explain everything if you don't quite get it. Danielle has been the one to help me most of the time and she always has a smile and you can tell she loves her job!!! Thank y'all advance America

  Applied online but ended up going inside and got approved for more in store . Norma Danielle and Oscar were the best help and explained everything out to me and I walked out with more money than I thought I was going to get. If anyone needs fast money I recommend going here!

  Never in life have I been humiliated the way I was today. Vulnerable and asking for help I was repeatedly called rude (in front of my bank manager on the phone) I was told they’ve never had to deal with a difficult customer. When I apologized and said I wasn’t trying to be rude that the people coming to borrow money were most of the time going through something I was responded to with “don’t you think I might be going through something too?” I really wasn’t trying to be rude I just had never done anything like this before and didn’t know what to expect. Horrible customer service, completely combative and this was not only by the lady helping me but also by the lady sitting in another station who injected herself into our transaction to argue with me about how my bank wouldn’t verify my account via phone (which they did) and to not allow the lady helping me to give me her district manager’s number. I can’t believe they allow her to handle customers. Outrageous. Unbelievable that they have 4.9 stars. Guess I went at the wrong time because that was the worst experience I’ve had in years. When I called corporate (they wouldn’t even tell me where corporate was) they were so polite, great customer service, agreed that what I had gone through was completely inappropriate and would have Oscar call me with a plan. Total Julia Roberts/Pretty Woman experience, made me want to get a management position there (what I do now) just to retrain her. Disappointed.

  These guys are great!!!! Danielle and norma always take care of me and make sure I get what I need. They are very professional and attentive. I recommend this location anytime you need financial assistance.
