  I really have to applaud Kelly for her professional and courteous customer service. She went above and beyond to give me the best customer service experience and help me out with my situation. Kelly was super polite, friendly and her follow up skills were exceptional! She really made me feel comfortable during my experience at Advance America and I couldn’t be happier with my visit!!

  I had a bad experience at a different location. The manager here in Celina (Heather) was very kind and explanatory of all of my available options. I felt like she really cared and enjoyed her job. Much better than the manager at the other location. She should be promoted to area trainer. Just a thought. Thank you again Heather.

  Had to start going to Celina after the St. Mary's store closed. Not convenient for me at all. But the girls from St. Mary's are there and that always makes my day to see them. Always smiling faces. Friendly atmosphere. And knowledgeable, helping me to get the most bang for my buck (did you catch that? LOL). I tell anyone who needs a little help until payday to go see these gals.
