Justin Morris5I went to Advance America in Festus on 1/3/22 about 45 min before they closed. I was in a situation where I was worried that I wouldn't have enough money for my bills because I just started a new job so I needed a loan. I expected to walk in and approach some people who were ready to go home. It was the opposite, the two women who were working that night made me feel like someone has my back financially and they made it their obligation to help me. We even had some issues with the process, and these women put their heads together to find a solution for ME, someone they've never met before. You don't get this type of customer service everywhere, for that I am beyond grateful and appreciate these two women for saving me to say the least. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but if y'all are reading this.. THANK YOU!!!
