  I don’t usually write reviews but this has really been a problem for me, I’ve done title loans with company a couple times now and last time I did I paid over phone and when I went to get my title they had no clue where it was and couldn’t help me at all I needed a loan for an emergency and all they could say is they will try and find it and if they can’t they will have to pay to replace my title which yes because they lost it but it did not help me at this moment when I needed the money for something important now they saying the DMV has title and will be mailing it to me witch can also take about a week are longer I’m just so stressed behind this situation that is entirely there fault and they still couldn’t help me! Not to mention I waited a hour in there while she took everyone that came in behind me before she continued to look for my title I just thought it was so unprofessional and very rude for me to be first in line and still be put on side to wait till other customers to be done with to still not help at all! Sorry I do not think I will be doing business with them in future!

  This is a wonderful place to get a loan in the time of need. They are all extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Mrs. Tina who is always so pleasant to deal with and funny too! Always making you laugh even when you don't want to. 😊 Thank you guys for all you do!

  this is my favorite place in the whole wide world when I had nowhere else to go and went to four different loan companies and was turned down as soon as I said I worked online no one ever gave me a chance but as soon as I went to express cash advance thinking I was going to turn down once again I was very wrong not only are they amazing people they don't make you feel like you are a problem or make you feel like you're out to steal their money they helped me in so many ways I would only recommend this place I would never recommend any other place ever this place is the best place in the whole wide world and their staff are amazing you just can't find people like them anymore when you have nowhere else to turn and you are on your last dime go to Express Check Advance trust me you will leave with a smile and money and also help thank you very much
