  I had such a great experience with this Advance America! I have never applied for a loan before today, so I called with some questions before I made the hour long trip there. Carrie clarified my concerns and was extremely helpful over the phone as well as in person. She was an absolute delight! If I ever find myself in a pickle again I will know where to go and who to ask for!

  I’ve gotten loans here off and on since like 2007 and haven’t never had any problems. Now it seems like nothing but problems. I called and the phone just rang with nobody picking up. I drive to the mini mart next door and the older heavy woman was standing outside smoking a cigarette so explains why she not answering phones. They don’t talk to you either they talk at you like we’re all slow or something. Not a good experience the past few months at all.

  I sent some money to a friend and Moneygram was supposed to refund my money. They sent it to India instead. Angela was very helpful in calling moneygram and doing her best to ensure i would receive my money back. I did not find a resolution that day but because Angela knew i would be coming back she kept my money so that I would be able to retrieve it. If I ever need any help I deff know who to call. Thank you so much Angela

  Marybeth was incredibly friendly and helpful. If there were a 10-star rating, she would definitely deserve it (and telling me I only look 22 certainly didn't hurt 😉). But, since there isn't, I will give her (and AA in general) 5 whole stars, and say that I 10/10 would very highly recommend to anyone! 😊❤ PS - Sorry, Marybeth, for being late with the review! 😅
