  Well Julia it is also a “courtesy” for any business worth their salt to provide friendly and reliable customer service. Including the “courtesy” call to remind a customer when their payment is due. Your strong accent really gives you an unfriendly tone, FYI

  I really enjoy the customer service given. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very efficient, helpful and informative. My only issue is the 24 hour wait to get another loan lol especially since I would get a loan pay it off on payday and then need another loan again. Vicious cycle but this isn't a complaint just my own impatience lol
