  My aunt in NJ sent me money. I went to this location EVERY DAY THIS WEEK!!! Every time I went there was a different problem. Either there was a “Be Back At 3:45” sign or there wasn’t enough money or the system was down or something every single time. Yesterday I called from 2 different phone numbers back to back and got different answers. Today, I am leaving to go out of town and I go there again, there is a different lady there who seemingly read something like a post it note and she says, “Oh. Yeah. I don’t have a code to do anything.” I asked her how could she be sent to fill in at this location and not be able to “do anything.” So I asked her to get her boss on the line and she refused. I’m sorry but if you advertise that you have a service then you should at least TRY to appease the customer. I’m very angry and a very dissatisfied customer. I do not recommend this location for MoneyGram. They are clearly incompetent in that field or they are unwilling to make the customer their priority.

  Mrs. Kim was very patient understanding and helpful in all aspects. She assisted me three days prior my actual arrival to the store. I came into the office where i received excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

  The service is awesome. You are greeted with a smile once you enter the door. They provide great service. Money orders and paying bills are made easy to do. Recommend this location for all your needs.

  Kim is the best. She is always there to help, when I need it. I have used Check Advance for 3 years and they have always treated me like family.
