      Everytime I go by to pay on my loan there is never no one in the office to open the door. I have been there all different times. I have been by there every day this week. Between 12 pm and 5:30 and no one is in the office to open the door. Then I get a nasty letter in the mail wanting to charge me late fees. If you could have someone in the front of the store so people can come in to pay their bill.
