      Came with my husband yesterday to this location, didn’t expect to this type of service; very professional. Everybody in Miami speaks to you in Spanish here. When we walked in Rafael greeted us in English and was very proficient. Had the correct documents to do the loan transaction, everything went smoothly. He even recommended us to a great restaurant. Would come again here for my financial needs.

      RAFAEL IS EXTREMELY RUDE! He made unnecessary disrespectful comments towards my mother after being unable to retrieve a fund. He wouldn't even give me the manager's name when I asked for it. This firm should have or reevaluate their customer service training. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
