  Excellent Experience!!!! I am thrilled, and in absolute awe of the service I received. I was not intending to come into this establishment today. I happen to pass by, and thought! This is just would I need, to get by until my next pay check. I went in and Deja, a new employee, who was still in training did a wonderful job. I was her 1st real customer and she handled me very effectively, along side Ms. Renee. Ms. Renee, was very patient, and kind. Her patience and kind reiterations when needed was beautiful. She is a wonderful teacher. I really appreciate everything about the employees who assisted me. Thank you for making my day. If the kindness I received here was everywhere, the world would be an amazing place. The service here makes a person want to get a loan here, they shared the referral program with me upon leaving and also encouraged me to download the advance America app. I can’t wait to get home and download it. I’m still in the parking lot writing my review with a smile. The approval process was quick and efficient. Thank you!!! ❤️

  Hidden Gem of downtown Covington! They offer so many helpful financial services. This place popped up as a provider for a prepaid reloadable visa cards and I'm so glad I went in. I've had my identity stolen twice recently and decided to switch all automatic payments to a prepaid card and these guys were SO helpful and knowledgeable. Renee and her adept trainee Felix were so kind, knowledgeable and fast. I grew up in downtown Covington and shop at the Rouses all the time.. I never knew right next door is a super handy little financial stop would have so many cool solutions. Thank you guys, keep up the good work!

  Breanna, a very beautiful lady, very beautiful! And her manager also,! Lol. But soon as I come through the door it felt like something much more than just a warm welcoming! The smiles, and authentic customer service they carry to lead the customer out the door smiling right back at em. Like. Satisfaction Guaranteed!!!!
