  You have the most friendliest staff here, very knowledgeable and extremely customer service oriented.. I have to say something about Alana, your manager.. What a positive woman.. she's always happy, kind, knows every customer personally and greets them by name when they walk in.. I mean, I did Customer Service also for years.. I was very into my customers also.. Alana tops even me.. I was very impressed on Friday, November 1st, while there paying a bill, there were about 10 people in the store. Alana was speaking to them all, she was training someone new, she knew all their information, knew exactly what they needed and was taking care of somebody also.. All while being happy and I was having a bad day. She knows me also and spoke to me personally about my situation like I was the only person there.. What a gem, seriously, you have a diamond in the rough! You have a gold mine with this one..As an employer, I'd be taking very good care of her, as to not lose such an asset..

  The only reason i come all the way here from miami is basically just to see Lana! she’s such a sweet lady & is always willing to work with you! i’ve had nothing but a good experience here because of her. she definitely has good customer service & i will be a constant customer just because of her.

  Your store manager Alana is so helpful and wonderful to each and every customer that enters her store. She's on 32nd Street in Joplin, MO. She knows everyone's business there and her personality is so amazing! Thanks Alana for doing such an amazing job.. what an asset you are to Advanced America
