  I've been going to my local branch for several years now and they are very kind and very helpful and pleasant to be around no matter what the situation is. I've gone in there when there was only one person and the store was packed and she remained calm and got everybody through it on her own in a timely courteous manner

  My husband paid his loan back and his check was still cashed. This happened twice! So we paid about 600 too much for his 2 loans. We wont be getting it back. Beware of this place. No cameras and cash only transactions that means you can't prove anything if she doesn't give you a receipt! He is bad about it but I know he paid it since I do our finances. End of story. We were robbed, do not get robbed. Go somewhere else. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT AND CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT!

  my mom works at won of these stores and she does an amazing job so I know these things would not be her fault she is extremely professional you just had a bad experience with one person.

  Your fees are exceptionally high for such a short term. It tends to hurt most people who wind up not being able to get out from under these loans. A 30 day period would be more help then what you have now.
