  We just had the privilege of working with Venus E. of the Lake Nona branch for two loans. Venus is professional, friendly and extremely efficient and goes above and beyond in matching up our situation with the right program.We have worked with Venus over the last ten years on our various needs. Although we recently moved away from Lake Nona, we returned to this office for our loans because of Venus and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Venus !

  The Manager Pamela in this location needs customer service skills. She treats customers poorly. I've been a customer at this bank for about 3 years and every single time I've interacted with Pamela she has been rude and gives attitude. When you ask her a simple question about her bank policy she gives you a short answer and walks away. If she treats her customers this way I can't imagine how she treats the employees in this location.
