  This is specific to the Sebastian location. We stopped by the model, cash in hand ready to buy or begin building. The agent answered the door. Said she was in a meeting and that was ok. We asked when we could come back and she said - I’m leaving early today. We asked for material and described the pre construction design we saw the day before and she said she did not know what we were talking about. Told her they were their homes because of the signs posted and there were two houses side-by-side they were building and still did not seem to know what we were talking about. Visiting from another state and limited time but she said email me and I’ll set up an appointment. Could not even say “I am here tomorrow or someone is here tomorrow, is there a good time for you?” She was rude, not wanting to even be bothered to give us material. Made it seem as though we were wasting her time.

  Complete crooks. Signed a contract in January of 2021, which included starting the sale of our previous home within 75 days of signing the contract. We were told numerous times that Adams was going to honor their contract no matter what, but they told us that because of permitting delays it was taking longer than expected. As of March 2022, the house was still not completed and then Adams did exactly what they said they wouldn't do. They informed us by email that we must either cancel our contract or they would be raising the price by $45,000. I tried to get answers about where in the contract they could cancel or increase the price this far along. They keep giving me the run around on the contract saying it was this or that. I would have to tell them to read the whole sentence. When proven wrong they would change to a different part of the contract. They decided that the reason they were going with is for shortages. Again I asked for some kind of proof of this and Kristi Worley (Sales Manager) and Mark Terlep (General Manager) refused to provide any details and became hostile during the conversation. At one point I was told by Mark that I was the only person out of the 26 contracts they did this to, that was being difficult and basically, if I didn't like it then just go find a lawyer. We ended up having to sign the cancelation. I then saw they relisted the house a few days later and that they will have that house completed as of June with a move-in date for August. Hmmm, that's weird what happened to the shortage???? They do not honor contracts. DO NOT TRUST ADAMS HOMES!

  Purchased a Adams Home 4/2021. So unsatisfied with quality and workmanship. 1. Carpet is uneven/ bumps in MANY areas of the house. And nails sticking up where vinyl and carpet meet. Have contacted Warranty department- no help, no plan to resolve issue. 2. Paint overspray on flooring and light fixtures. 3. Outside paint already chipping. Very disappointing.

  This is what an Adam's Home site looks like during a State of Emergency. Notice the empty dumpster? They have no regards for homeowners in the neighborhoods they build homes in. They are messy and rude. These pictures were taken just before hurricane Irma hit. A foreman from Adam's homes came to the site and told us that they were not able to hire quality contractors and that they would not be able to do anything about the mess. Think about that potential home buyers... Their solution was to cover the almost empty dumpster with what amounted to a hairnet, which blew off with the first strong breeze. Thankfully the storm was not as bad as predicted and there was no damage to other homes in the neighborhood. Either way think twice about buying from this company. Make sure you do your research. There are A LOT of very bad reviews online from actual home owners. If you have the misfortune of living next door to a home being built by Adam's Homes the other pictures of the muddy mucky weed filled swamp is what you should expect your front yard to look like for several months. Adam's homes is supposed to fix this according to our local code enforcement officers however Adam's Homes local office won't return any phone calls. Their Corporate office will not assist with getting any answers on when this will be resolved.

  Address of new home 950 Carver road Palm Bay FLA . 9 months into this job and now their telling me like 2 more months . They basically have a terrible scheduling problem my either their job corrdincoor or their production managent. All the years of my construction trade I have never seen a schedule 2- 3 months out. I hope and pray that it gets better . So far I am not impressed even a little bit. I will be updating my review as this progrees. Things could change for the better imI hoping. Update as of 4/14 the trim has been installed according to the project supervisor the painting will be done on Wednesday 4/17 and cabinets installed on 4/18- 4/19? Update it is 4/17 the day I was told the painting was scheduled for well it did not happen.

  Worse place to build your home. I won't let them build me a dog house My worst experience. This was my first home. Crack on front and back porch front porch when it rain water will settle on the porch ,inside garge is cracked and half of the garage is mess up. The driveway is mess up different colors.
