  I've had about 6 purchase & refi transactions with Adam Stephens & his team, over the past couple of years. On all fronts, the results have been superior. During an extremely busy real estate market, they were able to close in 30 days. During a time when everyone was offering extremely low rates, they offered a better rate. With rates going up, they locked me into rates that no one else could match. Some of the transactions were “special situations,” a space in which they excel by being craftier, more nimble and harder working than banks, with more lending options. Communication is best in class. Adam makes himself available virtually around the clock, is extremely responsive to all issues, and goes way above & beyond the call to advocate for his clients as needed. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Fantastic lender, thank you Adam & team.
