  Rey is doing an awesome job there! Recently had the privilege and pleasure of meeting him. I was treated extremely fairly and welcomed by him and his staff. He took time to meet with me and allowed me to express my concerns. He's defiantly a great asset to the team there. Because of his manners and communication, I will continue to be a customer of that particular store! Thank you action pawn, for taking the time to put someone in charge that actually has a genuine interest in customer satisfaction . And a whole lot of compassion when dealing with people!

  One of my favorite places to come for a quick loan. The manager Rey actually helped me out in a way that was above and beyond the call of duty. I lost my identification card and needed it to pick up my items, he was firm on policy BUT he actually walked me through the process of getting my id replaced and I got my items. I’ve been coming here for years. Now I’m only going to be coming here.

  Was wanting to get a closer look and buy a Toshiba laptop that they had. I was told that it had a charger but it didn't. He wouldn't even allow me to look at the software that was on it. The guy wouldn't even let me touch what I was wanting to buy. Told me that I could pick up a charger on Amazon for 10 or 15 bucks. Even on Amazon it's $52 and some change. If they would have knocked off 50 bucks off of the $185 for laptop I would have bought it. But refused to come down on price without charge. Plus couldn't confirm it had been put through full testing since battery was so low it wouldn't stay on. I guess I'm a little curious bins they couldn't confirm it had been tested I do know he was in back of store for 20mins and said there was no charger. He convinced that you could get a charge for around 10 or 15 bucks. I guess no one really looked up the computer to see that it was a baseline Toshiba laptop that new around $300. So anything more than $150 to $160 is a rip off w/o being able to confirm it even tested and no charger to charge it up. So beware if it has an aftermarket charger that is not a Toshiba charger do not buy. Like Samsung brand Toshiba will overheat pretty easy with an after market charger.

  I was given a price for a sewing machine over the phone. I got to the store and the sewing machine was missing the cord to plug in the machine and the embroidery tray among some other items. I respectfully asked the gentleman to go down on price since I would have to spend $60--$80 repairing the machine and on parts. The man refused. He would not give me a break even thought the price he quoted me on the phone was for a working sewing machine. He even admitted that the machine could have problems that they had had it a VERY LONG time. I even contacted the manager back the following day because I could not understand why they would not work with me. He refused as well. Poorest customer service I have ever had!!!!

  Enjoy the new management and service. The store experience has definitely got better. Not the most amazing deals, but definitely the best for condition and price. So far I have been treated pretty fairly and talked to like a person not just another customer.

  Rey Deleon has a great post on offer up and when I came in he offered me a better deal then what was posted. The product was in great condition and was able to test it out! Big save on wireless headphone

  The worst action pawn I ever been to.I pawn my 55inch tv there and two weeks later I went back to pick it up and they told me sorry one of the worker broke my tv and they couldn't Fix the broken screen asked for them to pay for them broking my tv and told all they could is give me store credit. And I don't want store credit they then told me to leave or they was going to have to call the cop's so I left and then I sue them and to court and won got over 2'29.90 back and bought a new tv. I will never go to action pawn ever ever again
