  Deposited a check, hold for 10 days. The reasonings? I'm not so sure were valid, so I called the customer service line and as I suspected the decision to hold was not the reason that was given. So i was told to go to the branch and speak to the branch manager. Instead I called. I was assured that someone will call me next business day. So hopefully this will be rectified without me having to close out my account. I will update.

  I haven’t had any problems luckily. I see a lot of people complaining about overdrafts like the bank asked them to go over the money they don’t have? Anyway, Pros: I’ve always had nice people help me, I’ve never had any strange fees and my checks always go through on the mobile bank. Cons: not enough locations, atms don’t allow to deposit, and sometimes there’s a long wait to get helped.

  The worst. I’ve called them 3 days in a row to get my problem resolved and they literally did nothing to help but say idk. Pls go bank some where else.do not trust these people with your money. I’m pulling my money from this bank ASAP. Also the “assistant manager Nicolas is the worst” he will hang up on you & send you to a random phone line.

  Overdraft fees are ridiculous, their posted hours online never match what the actual hours. Freaking ridiculous.

  The employee who was next to the girl who attended me. she treated me very arrogant. Also the manager not who attended me Not good morning. También se tardaron para cambiar solo dos money orders.

  The bank is okay.. I like the fact that we get paid on thursdays. But then overdraft fees are so high. They charge you $34 for the overdraft and then if you don’t pay it back within 1 week they charge you another $34. As if they aren’t already going to pull the money that I oberdrafted the following week after they charge me the “negative balance fee” this bank needs to change things. Or I will be looking at other banks. Honestly. 1 with a lower over draft fee. And then 2 with out that secondary overdraft charge! It’s Like highway robbery. But I’ll give it to this location most of the time they are nice and friendly when I go in there, sometimes a little slow. But it’s okay. I’m most concerned on these high way robbery charges.

  Can never reach my branch direct. Local number routes to 1800 number and has very long wait time. Great inconvenience to the customers.

  More like first INCONVENIENCE bank. Can’t deposit through the app or atm, you NEED to speak with a teller to deposit a check which is up to a 30min wait. They are also incredibly rude and not informed on proper procedure.

  i love this bank everyone is soo polite and friendly and eager to help you best bank ever had love it will never bank anywhere else again its so convenient i can do my shopping and my banking all in one place its great keep up the good work guys and dont worry about what those who have no patience has to say your doing a great job
