  Very poor customer service lately. I've been buying firearms from this shop for just over two years but today they lost my business. Took 10 minutes to get help so I could see a item because two of the workers were to busy bad mouthing a customer who was pawning a item. Not sure of her name but the red headed female as I ask a question about one of the items she rolls her eyes an speaks with sarcasm. Good luck doing business with employees like this action pawn....

  I asked the employee if they had a bathroom, I’m 9 months pregnant and was having a contraction and thought i was going to pee myself. He sarcastically told me there was a Taco Bell next door I could go too. I will never go there again.

  Filthy store and staff has horrible attitudes. Absolutely no customer service. No one even aknowlegde us. Stood there for at least ten min until we finally said “hello can we be helped”. Three reps standing around playing on their phones. Would not do business here at all.

  Called to ask a simple question. Sherry is unprofessional, couldnt even finish my sentence before she rudely cut me off. Take your business elsewhere cause obviously these people dont need it. Id give 0 stars if I could

  If I could do 0 ⭐ I would 1st I called a head was told $0.50 per DVD when I got here it was $0.10 When arriving I was waiting in line and told to leave the line and allow another customer who was not even in line go a head of me And basically was ignored by the store manager the entire time very unprofessional
