  I was referred to Achievers Mortgage in 2016 when I bought my first house by my realtor. Everything went super well and super smooth, and Bill was EXCELLENT. He really treated me like family. This past month, my husband and I decided to get a bigger house to support our growing family. My husband, who is also a realtor, and I were looking for someone to pre-qualify us. While he had someone he worked with, his company wasn't as eager as Bill was for us! My mom and my aunt also used Achievers Mortgage for their houses and told me I should look into them again. I don't think an hour went by, and I already had a response from Bill. The next day, we went house hunting and found a perfect house. This was on a Sunday. We called Bill and told him we found a great house and needed to qualify. He stopped what he was doing and qualified us a short time later and we were able to put an offer in on the house that day. Just like my previous house, this was a smooth transaction and quick! Bill really treats you like family and is eager to help you. He was always in contact with us throughout the process and answered all of our questions. Bill is AWESOME (and he likes the Yankees, which is a huge plus :)). We look forward to using Bill for our coming houses!

  I was referred to Neil through Ken a broker I found online. I spoke with Neil briefly after reviewing my credit he said he could definitely help my husband and I to purchase a home. He emailed me the information I needed to upload to the online portal and one of those things were our driver licenses. I uploaded all our personal information. I never heard anything from him AGAIN. I called and spoke with the owner of Achievers Mortgage and he said Neil was an older man and was sick sometimes. That was fine Neil seemed like a nice person so I gave him the benefit of doubt. Then Monica called me to go over the information I provided but could not answer any questions and said I would need to speak with Neil. My husband and I began wondering if it had something to do with our driver license pictures because we are African American. After several messages left for Neil via voice mail, email and the online portal we never heard from him again. VERY STRANGE! Could it be our race??? Maybe they only help Caucasian people. I called the owner and asked him to remove our personal information from the portal and he could care less about the experience we had. His response was GEE Sorry we could not help you! WOW! He never offered to get us in touch with another loan officer or anything. I understand our credit may have not been the greatest, but a simple phone call to let us know our status would have been appreciated. My husband is a veteran and this is the way they treat someone who has served our country??? MY BLACK AND BROWN PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP US!!!!!!!!!

  Will is extremely knowledgeable, offers best-in service starting from quote to home-closing process. He guides you through every possible step which could cause a potential delay to loan process. He also helps in writing documents to lenders explaining your financial statements. If your willing to work with him, he could close home in just 2-3 weeks

  Wow what a great experience. I was referred to Achievers Mortgage by my realtor after realizing the first lender that i had been working with just wasn't giving me the best deal for my financial situation. Within an hour of receiving my phone number and a briefing on my situation Bill gave me a call, we went over some specifics and we were able to close escrow within 31 days. He also saved me a little over $6k from what the previous lender was quoting me. I owe Bill alot of gratitude. Having lost my first house more than 12 years ago, i was still a little in the dark on the whole buying process. I could have been taken advantage of but Bill Forsythe is an honest person with Family values. I highly recommend him. Very easy to work with!
