  Today I found myself in a hard spot with my finances and wondering if I would have enough money to cover some very important bills this month. As a result of this I went by the shop to see if I could get a loan in exchange for some tools I have and use and without an issue they just asked what it was needing and looking to possibly get. I gave them my number expecting to get lowballed and without an issue they meet me right at it. Most places in this business will try to give you the least amount possible but not here. As long as it's reasonable they are willing to work with you. I can say that I trust this place when I need a hand with bills every once in awhile and that they will have my business in the future. Thank you for the help!!!

  Apparently if offering them a good deal on used merchandise, you must arrive earlier than the stated closing time, or you will be told they don't have time to take your money. Due to the paperwork they must fill out on their side. Dissatisfied with the customer service aspect of that encounter

  Great place to get DVDs, friendly service n fair priced on most things. I stop in about once a week n have had a good experience each time, not had a bad visit yet. They have more than just DVDs but if you're looking for movies it's got plenty just leave some for me n my girl. It's become somewhat of a tradition to stop in to get new old movies n friendly customer service.

  i bought 2 gold rings for my birthday. A Garnet and a Tanzinite. One of the guys noticed i had a flat tire so the 2 guys working thete used one of their air compressors and filled it. I was able to make it to Big O to buy a new tire. Thank you.

  The man who "helped" me today threatened my uncle and I for asking him a question. Do not go to this store. We have been loyal customers until today, even though their products have had roaches crawling out of them. DO NOT GO HERE.

  Don't sell guns here they will give you less than half of value, do business at Tom Cats, they give you a fair price when selling your items.

  They ask full prise for all their stuff you ca. Go down the road to Lowe's an get it brand new with a warranties. Lol joke
