  I went in today to send my sister money using inmate trust fund. This is the location I normally use. That’s why I was shocked when the guy working today told me he couldn’t send the payment because the system was saying the spin number was invalid. So we confirmed the spin number and he continued to say it was invalid. I don’t know what this guy personal problem is but I knew it was him mis keying the information. I went up the street to another location with all the same information and there was no problem with the spin number!!! I was able to send the payment. Visiting this location was a complete waste of my time. This guy lack professionalism!!!

  I’d rather drive the extra miles to see those smiling faces. Jalissa and Joel are really patient and caring people. They have been taking care of my rent payments and paycheck for the last 3 years and it’s been a true pleasure! Just go there 💪🏾
