  This is my second ☆☆UPDATE ☆☆ The Regional manager, George, read my reviews and as you can see below contacted me promptly. He offered a refund of the price of the card plus all fees and scheduled to get me the cash fast. I went to the store, was refunded the money and was treated with kindness and professionalism from everyone, that was never the issue just to be clear even my first visit to the store was still quite nice. In summary, George did it right and regained a customer and one that will definitely recommend Ace's services to others. Thank you Ace for correcting an issue and gaining a lifetime customer, win/win! Walmart needs to take note! Actually having the $950.00 in store would have been helpful! I had to put it on a card that I had to pay for which makes me angry! A check cashing service that doesn't have a thousand dollars in store? Nah ☆UPDATE ☆ STILL have not received the card I paid for! Horrible service, will never ever use them again or recommend to anyone ever. I originally gave a generous 3 stars but am changing that to 1 star.

  I cash my checks here every time and they are very helpful especially the nice lady ms.Silvia she is very patient and I would recommend everyone to her

  Ace closed down a few stores a few ago for money scams and identity theft and stealing, I thought. Now they're back. Should have better security here then purchasing a prepaid card at the store. Thank God the I was introduced to was just fifty bucks. I was not going to get a card. Back to the store where at least they have work the hack!
