  The teller Alexandria that assisted me was very nice and helpful. Even though she couldn’t cash my check because we couldn’t get it verified she told me the steps to getting the issue resolved! I’ll will definitely become a regular customer at ACE !!!

  Store was filthy way too hot I think even the teller was sweating I mean she did above and beyond what she could do but they're going to outcharge they're going to charge you so much to cash the check is there anything going to be no use to get in check

  I was in a time crunch to cash the check for a very important matter! Before visiting, I had high doubts that the check would be too much to cash! Even though I couldn't receive 100% in cash, the money order and especially the debit card with immediate availability was a blessing!! The fee to cash my check(which was way LESS than expected)was not an issue because your service allowed me to take care of a very important issue! The employee that assisted me was kind, knowledgeable and very patient. Very rare to find a great attitude in that service field😁

  Lady here had denied me service earlier that day because I had a money order check I needed to cash that was not signed. Unbelievable.. For the record, Legally, A purchasers signature is not required for a money order to be negotiable. So I spent an hour and a half of my day meeting up with my home buyer on his lunch break to have him sign it. Then the same lady there accused me of forging the signature on the money order check when I got back. Even after showing her extensive documentation on the check, I showed her docusigned papers for the check. $1000 Due diligence for selling my home with all of our signatures and names printed on it. But no that still wasn’t enough. I had to call my agent and she had to call their agent to contact the home buyers just so they could talk to him on the phone, So finally she accepts it after hassling me for 15min letting a huge line pile up behind me. Then doesn’t mention that there was a $50 fee after she hands the cash to me. I refused and gave the money back.. All that for nothing! And she had an attitude the whole time. Wish she had a name tag on…
