  I have cashed checks, paid bills, faxed things and even had a loan from Ace. Its very convenient to have so many services in one spot. I love Ace and Mona has made it what it is today! Mona is always very helpful and knowledgeable in her job. She has been there since I started going in the 90's, Ace is lucky to have her!

  Yes I went into the store to see if they could fax some information for me, and the clerk Angie was very polite and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. And she took care of my business for me. I will definitely be back to Ace again.

  The cashier Mona was incredibly rude to me and other customers. She was yelling at a woman while me and my friend were there trying to cash a check. I just want to know why Ace needs information about references and social security just to cash a check. Also would like to know why they need a picture with the check. Will not be returning again. This was a one time thing because we needed the money and everywhere else was closed. It was ridiculous and she had no right to be incredibly rude to anyone.

  My clerk was very helpful, transfered my account from my old city, cashed a check, printed a money order, and I paid that balance. Part of why I stuck to Ace, they always have taken care of me with a smile.

  Employee was very nice and welcoming. I dont remember her name, but ACE should be proud to have her on board. She knew exactly what she was doing and the experience on 3-29 was a pleasant one! Mos def will be back in future.....thanks to ACE for the help.

  Mona is so rude and unhelpful, the other lady is so nice and more professional. Mona throws my if and card at me every time I’m in there. Very unpleasant if it wasn’t for the other lady I would rate a one star.

  I recommend ACE because it's efficient and easy to use you can pull out your money anytime with your flare card and good team members as well. And they make really cool cards you can choose or customize and you have an on the go app where you can see your account . Thank you ACE !!
