  After a long day at work I had to stop in and make a withdrawal which I really wanted to go straight home. When I got up to the window to make my transaction the Teller Josefa (#445) started a conversation that put a smile on my face and she had me laughing. I really appreciate that for I truly needed it!

  I went in yesterday to pay some bills, something we all dread and the manager Josefa was so nice. She made me feel so comfortable, asked me about my day and didn't treat me like I was just another number in line. I was done with my transaction in less than a couple of minutes but stayed an extra few just to talk. I love it when I go somewhere and they treat me like an actual person, I walked out from what started as a pain (paying bills) with a huge smile on my face . If all people in customer service or life in general were as personable and kind as Josefa was, then this world would be such a better place 😊👍
