  Stephanie was very help and went way out of way to help me cash my check. I like the fact that she did not announce loudly what I was receiving back. Great help is rare these days and she was perfect. I was traveling from North Carolina and my bank is not in Tennessee. If I ever have to come back, I hope I will see her again! GREAT ATTITUDE !!!!!!

  I had some questions about the whole process so I called and Stephanie was so very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and patient even with all of the questions that I had. I normally don't call establishments with questions because people can be rude and impatient yet Stephanie was so nice and detailed with her answers and never sounded like I was being a bother.

  The representative by the name of Stephanie was simply amazing. Not only was she very kind but she was patient and very understanding. Her personality was just down right beautiful!. She is most defiantly a GIFT FROM GOD!!!!
