  The girls who worked there were nice and good customer service but I specifically asked before agreeing to my loan on how many days after my payment was due before they took action and the rep. Told me 15 days. Well it's 5 days come to find out, also I called them the day it was due and let them know I would be a few days late and they said it was fine and they still sent it in to collections. Management doesn't do a very good job training and they aren't very good at communicating among themselves. Just seems like they need a new manager.

  I walked in as lele was closing and really needed to cash my check. She went above and beyond when helping me. She stayed over 40 minutes after closing and was very nice and respectful the entire time. Even if she couldn't have cashed it I would have still given her 5 stars and will absolutely refer to this location solely because of this experience.

  If u need loan ace cash express is the best .. They Always help you out when your in a tight spot for money, and the mangers are understanding and willing to help you and go above there job dutys to make sure they help you to the fullest.

  I met Sarah about a month ago and I'm so glad that I did. Sara is amazing, and the way she handles customer service, going above and beyond what is expected is just a blessing and a breath of fresh air. I go in to ace to cash my paychecks from work and that used to be about it, but she made me feel so comfortable there that I will come back for ALL of my cash needs. She's very engaging, and will almost assuredly turn your frown upside down if you in a bad mood. She made me laugh so much. I would recommend that If you have needs when it comes to money, absolutely go to Ace and meet Sarah. You won't regret it.

  I have been coming here for a long while now. Dusty and Kert have been real nice and answer all questions you may have. They take good care of there customers. I have been very happy with with them when I have had any thing that I needed to have done.

  Don't waste your time. I called them for a rate on what they charge. Got 2 different rates with we can't tell you an exact price over the phone. Went into the shop. They require you to give them your Social security number and make an account. Then after all of it was said and done they said they couldn't verify my check which is national bank of Arizona. After calling the guy who issued the check to me. 30 mins no results. Waste of time. If the banks were open I wouldn't even need their service. They wanted me to sign the check before they even started the process. What a joke. Shady and scammy. Run!

  The best check cashing place. It was late I missed the bank and was sure the weekend was ruined for my family. But Shannon saved the day. I can't thank her enough.

  Vary friendly, explained all the procedures to me. I was in ans out in about an hour. With inflation eating into all our spending cash its good to have a place that helps hold you over and releave the stress.

  First of all I called to tell them I was on my way because it was cutting it close. Of course no one wants to stay passed the time they are off I get that. I walked up to the door at 6:58 the door was already locked. Remind you I had called them also AND they still had 2 minutes. !
