  Asked a simple question wheni called and the woman was very dry and rude and unprofessional. Hung up on her. Definitely will not get my business. I read other reviews. You would think by now management would have tend to the issue.

  Ms. Marquita was very Helpful and polite. She took the time to explain everything to me regarding the types of loans, as well, as other services you offer. I thought y'all only cash checks. I will definitely be doing business with Ace again.

  Went in a few minutes ago and there was a line, a long one. Guys cashing checks. The employee was trying to sign them up for some kind of card and they were very rude towards her, but I would like to commend her she stayed professional and never let her smile leave her face and for that reason alone I will return to do business here.

  Come in every month and pay my bills. Staff is always friendly and professional. I just wish I could pay my LUS bill there too

  Terrible customer service. The big lady In the front is a liar and was a terrible person. Would not recommend.

  Why I would be likely to recommend because it was quick simple at the less and very helpful. Also the lady who helped me was very kind but professional she was awesome.
