  I went there today and caught attitude from the clerk which was disappointing I usually go and the lady is very nice this new lady was rude what was surprising is that her Superior three of them standing behind her did not mentor her in the right way of how to address customers it was already frustrating that my card is not working at ATMs and I have to go all the way to the store to take cash out I'm handing my money to bills then to come to this store and be treated this way very disappointing I understand a lot of people are complicated but the young lady had no reason to be rude to me after she asked me to repeat myself and couldn't hear me disappointed at this store probably not going back which is sad because there's only one ace in Texas City
