  I didn't think about using Ace to cash a government check I received. It was a Friday evening past 5:00 p.m., when my mail man delivered my mail that included a settlement check from the FTC. I first stopped at another check cashing company local to the area, and a could not cash my check because they were not able to reach the government office on a Friday evening , of course. I then tried Walmart where the woman said she could not get the check to run through the machine correctly, for some reason. Next, I went to my neighborhood kroger, where the employees all know me, but said they do not keep that much cash on hand, ($2000.00). I decided to search local check cashing companies once more, where I saw Ace check cashing listed, and near my home. They were able to cash my check with no problems! I wish I would have thought about Ace in the very beginning. I appreciate some much Aces' help and on top of that, the gentleman that was working behind the counter was so courteous & helpful, I wish I had gotten his name but I would like to send a big Thank You to him!
