  Today almost ended badly until I visited the Forestville location. There I was assisted by Mrs. Durant (the Center Manager). I had just left the Penn Station location, where the service was horrible and wasn't helpful at all! I was told that she needed further verification to cash my check and sent me on my way. Just wasn't helpful at all. I left irritated because I usually don't even use this service and usually just deposit it into my account but I needed the funds today. After leaving the Penn Station location frustrated, I decided to try again at the Forestville location and glad I did! Mrs. Durant was working by herself but moving the line! When I got to the window, I explained to her about my previous experience at the other location. She listened and then attempted to cash it herself. She got the same response back about the check needing further verification, however she handled it totally different. She took the additional steps to call around to get a good number for verifying the check and when that didn't work, she then called her manager. Mrs. Durant explained the situation and really went above and beyond to try to help me. It worked because the next thing I know, my check was being cashed! I work in the banking/customer service industry and know personally what she deals with on a daily basis. It's not easy but with a professional and helping spirit that Mrs. Durant possess, she will go far and always be blessed! And her multi-tasking skills are amazing as well! Mrs. Durant, thank you for everything and I really appreciate you going the extra mile. I know if I ever need to visit an Ace again, I know where I'm going :-).

  The cashier associate is very welcoming and has a beautiful persona. She's always greet you and thank you for your visit. She provided excellent customer service. Her name is Sandra. She always address you by your name when thanking you and ask if there is anything else she can help you with. Now that's great customer service with a smile.

  Ms. Durant is the best at efficient speed, customer problem solving. DEFENITLY the reason that location is a stress releiver to use. I have yet had the same experience from other tellers. Except one teller at a st Barnabas rd location. With a line going out the door, Ms D is the best at facilitating quick solutions. Best customer service out of many.

  Soadna Durans is so professional. I love going to this location because of her. She has been there for over 14 years. I think she should own stock or some type of shares in the company because I have visited a couple of your locations and I will say Forestville gets a 5 star because of her.
