  I couldn't activate m account or pull funds. Amanda was so helpful and patient for an hour she helped me when I wanted to give up. She was determined to complete the task .Amazingly she was a successful employee to make it happen. ThNk u Amanda your THE BEST.

  Sheila needs training. Went there today. Cashed a big check. Asked twice do you have hundreds. She ignored both questions. Then didn’t give me what I needed. Check the video. Not friendly in the least. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

  I came in with my retirement check my amount was the same on the check stub I even had the TMRS app to prove it was me including my license and the amount I was to receive is also on the app a check number was also visible how much proof do you need and still the lady called her supervisor and supervisor wanted me to provide the check number through the TMRS that makes no sense there already is a check number on the stub and the check whatever proof I gave checked out good a veteran shouldn't have to go through this.I have been a customer for years at this location whoever the manager is please train your employees if everything checks out why try something else if it's proven I pray to God all this extra proof wasn't race related and out of all the checks I cashed there I have never had to provide proof as ubserd as this one I won't go to this location anymore next time don't judge your customers cuz it really felt that way today
