  Not good service and woman had an attitude towards a person in line in front of me. She is a manger fat with dreads. I think you should be more polite towards your guest. Another asking for 5 stars ⭐️ review is not a 5.0 star company

  Oh my gosh. Mrs Shawanda was the the best coustomer care representative I have had the pleasure of meeting in I don’t know when. She is so knowledgeable hardworking sweet caring, it is so so rare to meet someone like here these days. As long as y’all keep her, ima keep coming back and recommending others as well.   Ms. Shawanda is simply An Ace Cash Express keeper. I am concerned however that she appears to MANAGE and KEEP An EXCELLENT WORK PRODUCT and render Professional, courteous and knowledgeable customer service. Because I have inquired numerous times about her always working it appears as a one-man show even during peek times of the month. I know. I’ve managed customer service in my career.
