  I had visited several of the locations by ACE Cash Express last week to review the organization. I have to say that the female attendant (I did not catch her name) was super polite, patient, and respectful to the customer she was assisting. Business was super clean and presentable for the community it serves. Understanding services provided was easy to navigate with appropriate signage as well. Services rendered far surpass all my experiences at any local bank I've ever had.

  I visited your store in Greenville to cash my check and the two cashiers were wonderful! The store was neat and smelled great! Both ladies were very professional and knew their jobs very well! Thanks for a great experience!

  I went here to cash a check from my boyfriend’s mom for our daughter. They refused it because it was a Bank of America. On their sign, it says “we cash ALL CHECKS”. If you don’t do as the sign states, take it down. That’s false advertisement.

  She was professional from the beginning to the end. Assisted me with cashing a check as well as helping me with my current card that would no longer scan. She was very patient considering other customers where waiting. ACE staff has always been very courteous.

  Would give zero stars terrible place the girl didn't know what she was doing the manager was no better. Took 30 meets to CASH a irs check they questions they ask u are stupid amd insulting would never come back here Update I went to this location again service still terrible thats why u answered everybody but me
