  The lady Shannon is very professional and kind. She go above and beyond to help me every time I go into ace. She makes me feel like family.she is very patient with every customer I have witness her being cursed out and. Verbally abused at This location and she handles it very well.while being cursed out She was very patient and polite .I don’t see how she did it after being treated that way but she handled her self in such a Professional manner with grace.Ace is very bless to have her as an employee.

  The Manager of this location is always awesome and willing to help. When he was out on vacation a while ago there was another person helping she was awful, so to see him back was great I expressed my concern with him as well. He is the best!!
